Welcome to PORTALIZED, a platform designed to help users navigate and interact with the NCAA transfer portal. By accessing or using PORTALIZED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PORTALIZED for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you comply with these Terms.
All content, design elements, trademarks, and underlying software of PORTALIZED are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.
Users may post or share content. By doing so, you grant PORTALIZED a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute it. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
Athletes may proactively create and complete their PORTALIZED profiles at any time. Profiles can be kept Private and invisible to coaches until the athlete has officially entered the NCAA Transfer Portal. When an athlete makes their profile Visible, that action serves as their indication of official entry into the NCAA Transfer Portal and immediately exposes their profile to NCAA coaches and institutions on PORTALIZED.
Coaches on PORTALIZED only engage with athletes who are officially in the NCAA Transfer Portal. Schools retain full responsibility for verifying and managing their athletes’ NCAA transfer status through their existing compliance processes, and may take additional steps as needed to confirm an athlete’s portal entry before engaging. Schools maintain full control and responsibility for confirming NCAA transfer status.
Coaches, recruiters, and staff may only view or contact athletes designated as Verified.
Any attempt to contact unverified athletes may constitute an NCAA compliance violation.
In-app notice: “This athlete has not officially entered the NCAA transfer portal. Contacting them may violate NCAA Bylaw 13.”
Athletes must confirm that their transfer intent has been officially processed by their institution before activating visibility. Falsifying portal status or misrepresenting transfer intent may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
PORTALIZED reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user, coach, or institution found in violation of these compliance protections.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.
PORTALIZED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
PORTALIZED is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about its performance or accuracy. Use at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maricopa County, Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
